Infrastructure & Data Residency
Every LAIT customer gets a dedicated AWS instance in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). Your data never leaves Australia. There is no multi-tenancy — your instance is yours alone, with its own compute, storage, and networking. This is the same infrastructure standard used by Australian banks and government agencies.
AI Model Data Handling
LAIT routes AI requests through AWS Bedrock, which provides a critical guarantee: your inputs and outputs are not stored by the model providers and are never used to train or improve their models. This is fundamentally different from using ChatGPT or similar consumer tools directly, where your data may be retained and used for training.
Authentication & Access Control
LAIT supports Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with your existing identity provider. Role-based access control lets you define who can access what within your organisation. Every action is logged in an immutable audit trail, giving you full visibility into how your team uses the platform.
