Operators, not vendors
Built inside an NDIS business. Run by someone who has done the IT for the work.
LAIT is a small Australian team. We spent years inside a working NDIS provider before any of this had a brand. The shape of what we ship comes from that vantage — not a venture deck.
Where LAIT came from
LAIT started inside Lotus Assist, whose main service runs out of Newcastle NSW with arms in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and plan management across Australia. Anthony Marquez was setting up the systems, watching practitioners get buried under documentation, and watching the off-the-shelf tools either send participant data overseas or simply not understand what an NDIS workflow looks like.
What he saw from that seat was practitioners buried in documentation, juggling systems that weren’t built for purpose, and struggling to extract meaningful insights from the data they were generating. No existing tool solved it properly. So we started building our own — first for ourselves, then for the providers around us.
Everything we ship has been pressure-tested against real participants’ work, real claim cycles, real behaviour support plans and real coordinator caseloads. That’s the bar. If it can’t earn its keep on a Tuesday morning in a busy office, we don’t ship it.
Proof, not roadmap
Where LAIT is being used today
We’re not a six-product suite. We’re a small Australian team shipping the things that work — Chat is the subscription product live today, the Specialist Risk Assessment is the commissioned service we deliver. The list below is the automation already running inside Lotus Assist — proof we know the work, not a SKU menu.
Plan management
Running in testingInvoice extraction + NDIS code mapping for a national plan management caseload — replacing manual data entry that was eating a plan manager’s day.
Behaviour support
Live with a small groupA single workspace for referrals, functional assessments, positive behaviour support plans and restrictive-practice reporting — used by clinicians today.
Coordination of supports
In designA simple yet powerful coordinator workspace — easy billable capture, AI case notes drafted from emails, risk assessments built in, kilometre tracking native. In design with Lotus Assist’s COS team.
Allied health
Scoping with practicesPractice automation with NDIS billing baked in instead of bolted on — multi-clinician, session notes, outcome tracking.
About the founder
Anthony Marquez
Founder of LAIT. After years managing technology for an NDIS provider in NSW + QLD with plan management nationally, Anthony saw firsthand how practitioners struggled with documentation and systems not built for purpose. He built LAIT to solve the problems no existing tool could.

Tell us about your service.
Thirty minutes. We look at how your team actually works, you tell us what’s eating the week, and we tell you honestly whether Chat, a Risk Assessment build, or a bigger conversation is the right shape.
